Since his return to the White House in January, US President Donald Trump has threatened and imposed a series of new tariffs.
The tariffs, which are aimed at key trading partners of the US, could change traditional trade relations and cause considerable uncertainty in the global economy.
As a result, many companies are expanding hybrid and fully remote workplaces to attract diverse talent, but the unemployment rate is rising.
In any case, professionals with expertise in AI, data science, cloud computing and cybersecurity remain in high demand; the same is true for the public sector with roles in healthcare, education and infrastructure.
